The short version
- LooksDone is provided by Youssef Dhibi, an individual in Tunisia, and is free during early access.
- Install the script only on websites you own or are allowed to change, and review only pages your workspace may see.
- What you put in LooksDone stays yours. We use it only to run the service for you.
- LooksDone is new and offered as it is. If we ever charge for it or shut it down, we tell you in the app well in advance.
- You can stop at any time by deleting your account.
1. Who we are and this agreement
LooksDone is provided by Youssef Dhibi, an individual based in Tunisia. It is not a company. In these terms, “LooksDone”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean him, and “you” means the person using LooksDone.
These terms are an agreement between you and us for using the LooksDone app, the review script and this website. By signing in, you accept them. If you use LooksDone for an organization, you confirm you may accept these terms for it, and “you” includes that organization.
How we handle personal data is explained in the Privacy policy.
2. Your account
- You sign in with a Google account that has a verified email address. Keep that Google account secure: whoever controls it can use your LooksDone account.
- You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
- You are responsible for what happens in your account. If you think someone else has used it, sign out and tell us.
3. Workspaces, members and clients
- The person who creates a workspace is its owner. The owner invites members, decides which projects each one can open, and can remove members, transfer ownership or delete the workspace.
- The owner is responsible for who is invited, for the content in the workspace, and for using LooksDone lawfully, including with their clients.
- When you join someone else’s workspace, its owner manages your access. What you add there (comments, replies, screenshots) becomes part of that workspace and stays there if you leave or delete your account, shown as written by “Deleted user”.
4. Installing the script on a website
- Install the LooksDone script only on websites you own, or that their owner has allowed you to change.
- Reviews take screenshots of the page as it appears on the reviewer’s screen. Review only pages your workspace may see, and do not use LooksDone to collect personal data shown on a page without a lawful reason.
- If your website’s own privacy notice needs to mention the tools it uses, it is your job to update it. For ordinary visitors the script only loads: it shows nothing, sets no cookies and stores nothing.
5. Your content
- You keep all rights to what you add to LooksDone: comments, replies, screenshots, names and site addresses.
- You give us permission to store, copy, process and display that content only as needed to run LooksDone for you and the people you share it with. This permission ends when the content is deleted.
- You confirm you have the right to add the content you add.
- If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them to improve LooksDone without owing you anything.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use LooksDone to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone’s rights, including their privacy and intellectual property;
- upload or share content that is illegal, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit;
- spread malware, or attack, overload or probe LooksDone or the websites it runs on;
- get around the limits of your plan, the access rules of a workspace or our security measures;
- access other people’s accounts or workspaces without permission;
- copy, scrape or resell LooksDone, or build a competing product from it.
7. The free plan and its limits
LooksDone is free during early access. The free plan has limits, shown on the pricing section and in each workspace’s settings: workspaces you own, active projects, seats and screenshot storage. We may change these limits. If a change would affect work you already have, we tell you in the app first.
If we introduce paid plans, we will announce them in the app at least 30 days in advance, and nothing is ever charged without your explicit agreement.
8. Availability and changes
LooksDone is in early access. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features.
If we decide to shut LooksDone down, we will tell you in the app at least 30 days before, so you have time to wrap up your reviews.
9. Ending this agreement
- You can stop using LooksDone at any time by deleting your account in Settings.
- We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or when the law requires it. Unless the law or safety prevents it, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
- When an account is closed, its data is handled as the Privacy policy describes. Sections 5, 10, 11, 12 and 14 continue to apply.
10. No warranties
LooksDone is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we make no promises beyond those in these terms, including that LooksDone will suit a particular purpose or never lose data. Keep your own copies of anything important.
11. Limits on liability
As far as the law allows:
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost revenue, lost clients or lost data;
- our total liability for any claim about LooksDone is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and 100 US dollars.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, gross negligence or intentional misconduct, or the rights consumers have under the law of the country they live in.
12. Responsibility for your use
If you use LooksDone for work, and someone makes a claim against us because of your content, your websites or your breach of these terms, you agree to cover the reasonable costs that result, as far as the law allows.
13. Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the date at the top changes too. If a change matters to how you use LooksDone, we show a notice in the app at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you keep using LooksDone after that, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, you can delete your account.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Tunisia, and the courts of Tunisia handle disputes about them. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and can also go to its courts.
Before going to court, please write to us. Most problems can be solved by email.
